In many instances, you may make an appointment at The Arch Clinic without first visiting your doctor.  However, some insurance companies require that you obtain a GP referral before they authorise your treatment.

On your initial appointment, we ask that you inform us of your insurance company details including policy or membership number and a relevant claim or pre-authorisation number.

We will then invoice your insurance company directly.  If you have an excess on your policy, the patient and the Clinic will be advised if there has been a deduction made.  Once notified, you will be required to settle the outstanding balance direct with The Arch Clinic.

It remains the patient's responsibility to contact the insurance company at each stage of the treatment.  However, the insurance companies will contact us, if necessary, with any queries relating to your treatment.

The Clinic is not just about illness and injuries. We strongly believe that being physically fitter brings enormous benefits.   We now have three  Associate Practitioners who have worked at The Arch Clinic for many years and can offer exercise and fitness classes for all levels(Pilates, Flexi-Bar, BOSU and Nordic Walking), weight management coaching and mindfulness meditation.
