healthyeatingWe all need to eat for our good health and enjoyment. Healthy eating is about eating the right amount and type of food to help the body to work properly, to repair the body and to protect us against serious illnesses such as heart disease, cancer and diabetes. State Registerd Dietitians are the experts in nutrition. They have the only legally recognised and professionally regulated graduate qualification in nutrition and dietetics. They work within a professional code of conduct to provide people with accurate, independent and practical information on food and health.

Nutritional Therapy

Susan Davis, Dip ION, mBANT, NTCC, CNHC registered practitioner, Nutritional Therapist

Susan Davis has qualified as a Nutritional Therapist from Patrick Holford's well known “Institute for Optimum Nutrition” in London.  As her own health has benefitted from Nutritional Therapy, she decided to re-train to become a Nutritional Therapist.  Prior to studying nutrition, Susan worked as a chef in some of London’s well-known restaurants cooking from scratch using fresh and seasonal produce.  As she has always been interested in nutrition and its benefits to one's health, she has found it most rewarding to be able to combine both experiences in Nutritional Therapy.

Susan strives to address each client’s health condition individually and investigate health history in detail before producing a health plan which addresses various fruitnutritional deficiencies, dietary recommendations and lifestyle factors.  Each client is unique and advice is given on an individual basis.  Client confidentially is strictly adhered to.
